wonderful stay

the location is excellent near many restaurants and shops the beach access is very easy the room was spacious and clean all the staff were very polite and attentive the breakfast had a large variety of options. the room had all the needed amenities the staff were always polite and helpful i appreciated their great service i also had a wonderful birthday celebration. the staff checked me in early that was a very smooth process she was always very friendly and helpful i am thankful for her great help. the breakfast buffet had so many international options and everything tasted amazing i really enjoyed all the choices. the private beach was amazing all the staff were professional and friendly i enjoyed the provided food and drinks.

the hotel has direct beach access with private sun loungers provided there is a room near the pool area with safety deposit boxes and changing rooms ' convenience there are also dryers for wet clothes.

the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile the housekeeping staff greeted guests warmly as they passed in the hallways bellboys helped secure taxis and provide information when needed coffee shop staff in the lobby were always helpful.

the location is very close to many attractions. food entertainment and shopping are all within easy reach. the staff was also kind and accommodating. they checked me in early and were helpful with any questions i had.
i found some aspects lacking. the room quality seemed poor and the hotel appears somewhat old. i also noticed some dust in the details of the room.

the location is GREAT. it is right on a private beach with lounge service. the towels was large and comfortable. the rooms are spacy and serviced very well every day.
i paid for breakfast when i booked the hotel, and YET i had to prove to the breakfast desk that i paid as they couldn't find me on the list which annoyed me greatly. the breakfast menu was very limited and quite poor quality compare to the other hotels on the walk. i was so disappointed by it that i decided not to go after the first morning. it is very IMPORTANT that the hotel clarifies that the hotel SERVES pork.
